An experienced Chair and governance professional with over 20 years of leadership across regulated, commercial, and charitable sectors. With a background in law, compliance, and financial services, Eamonn brings extensive expertise in governance, risk management, and regulatory oversight.
Brendan McCoy
Board Member
A Chartered Accountant and Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland with extensive experience in financial governance, strategic planning, and organisational growth. Founder of McCoy Hamill Chartered Accountants and lecturer in finance at Ulster University.
Dr Raymond James Mullan OBE
Board Member
A distinguished career in education, governance, and public service. Awarded an OBE for services to education, he has held senior leadership roles in further and higher education and served on numerous public, charitable, and regulatory bodies.
Barry Armstrong
Board Member
A highly experienced technology and payments industry leader with nearly 20 years delivering complex projects across regulated environments. CEO of Antreo Ltd, specialising in technology, data governance, operational resilience, and digital transformation.
Lois Cameron
Board Member, Chief Executive Officer
Founder, CEO, and Responsible Officer of TQH. With over 20 years in education, quality assurance, and the health and fitness sector, she has worked across every stage of the qualification lifecycle. Built Ireland's largest health and fitness training provider and is passionate about creating high-quality, accessible qualifications.
