TQH issues this formal advisory regarding the insufficiency of REPs Ireland certificates as valid standalone prerequisites for professional enrollment and international recognition.

TQH maintains high standards for the qualifications it accepts as prerequisites. Certificates from self-certifying entities like REPs Ireland are insufficient on their own, as they are not endorsed by recognised awarding organisations.
This ensures that every learner entering a TQH programme possesses a valid foundation aligned with formal frameworks such as the RQF or EQF.
Lack of External Endorsement
REPs Ireland training providers are self-certifying entities and lack backing from recognised awarding organisations (AOs).
Independent Status
A REPs Ireland certificate is independent of any formal regulated qualification framework and does not confirm valid qualification status on its own.
Verification Mandate
Only if a REPs cert is supported by a valid qualification from an AO will TQH accept the enrolment via the AO award, disregarding the REPs logo.
Prerequisite Scenarios.
"Peter holds a certificate from ABC Training in Dublin with a REPs Ireland logo."
Peter cannot enrol. Since the provider is a self-certifying entity lacking AO endorsement, it does not satisfy TQH regulatory requirements.
"Sarah has an RQF qualification from Fitness Global featuring a REPs logo."
Sarah can enrol. TQH will accept the formal RQF qualification from the awarding organisation, disregarding the supplementary branding.
"Sean has REPs certs plus a UK RQF L3 Diploma from a college in Belfast."
Sean can enrol. The RQF Diploma from a recognised UK awarding organisation satisfies TQH's stringent entry criteria, regardless of the REPs certs.
