Obtain a replacement certificate
Lost, stolen, or destroyed? Initially, seek a replacement from your training centre. If that is not viable, you can secure a shiny new electronic certificate by downloading and completing our Replacement Request Form.

Replacement of lost, stolen, or destroyed certificates?
Initially, learners should seek a replacement from their respective training centres. However, if this option isn’t viable, you can secure a replacement certificate from The Qualification Hub by downloading and filling out the Replacement Certificate Request Form.
Each eCertificate replacement is priced at £15 plus VAT. Once we conduct the necessary verifications, our Accounts department will reach out to facilitate card payment via the contact information provided. Expect dispatch within five business days.
Finished a course but haven't received your certificate?
The responsibility for claiming certificates rests with the approved centre that facilitated your course. Once assessments are finalised and quality assured, the centre claims the certificates from TQH.
We process claims within five working days, making eCertificates accessible for the centre to download. It is then the centre's duty to issue these to the learners. If you have not received yours, please contact your training organisation directly.
How can I enrol onto a TQH course?
The Qualification Hub is an acknowledged awarding organisation in Northern Ireland. We do not directly offer training courses; instead, we boast a network of approved centres. If you’re interested in enrolling, it’s best to approach one of these approved centres directly.
What defines an Approved Centre?
An approved centre is a training organisation—such as a college, school, university, or commercial provider—that has earned the endorsement of TQH to offer its qualifications.
This process ensures confidence in the organisation’s staff, systems, and procedures. TQH actively monitors these centres to guarantee consistent upkeep of requisite standards.
How much do TQH courses cost and why do they vary?
Importantly, The Qualification Hub itself does not set or mandate pricing for the courses. Each recognised centre independently determines its own fee structure based on location, resources, and delivery methods.
This ensures you receive competitive and fair pricing that reflects the unique value and quality of your chosen training provider.
When will I receive my coursework results?
Coursework should be assessed within 14 working days. Centres have the flexibility to communicate these results informally (verbal update) or formally (letter or email) after internal moderation.
Dissatisfied with a course or approved centre?
During the approval process, training organisations must demonstrate a comprehensive complaints procedure. We advise utilizing this established internal procedure to address any concerns regarding your course or the centre itself.
Is there a remote learning alternative?
Approved centres have flexibility in delivery modes—including traditional face-to-face, remote, distance, or blended learning—provided they adhere to TQH's rigorous standards. TQH can assist centres in establishing these delivery processes.
